We’re excited to announce that we’ve begun the final phase of building our community in Lakewood! West Line Village initially broke ground in the summer of 2017. We’re expected to finish this final phase soon, and will begin selling units on May 15, 2020.
What does Phase Five include?
The final 44 units in the West Line Village community are included in Phase Five. These are bigger units than some of our others already completed in previous phases. A limited number of units even have walkout basements, letting you enjoy even more natural light and the convenience of an extra entry into the home. Plus, walkout basements increase the total square footage of a unit, upping the value of your property.
When can I buy a townhome in West Line Village?
Phase Five units start in the high $300s, and are available starting May 15. Browse our floor plans, choose amenities, and get acquainted with the neighborhood on our website now!
If you’re holding off on buying, remember that our Phase One and Phase Two units have both sold out. There’s only one unit left in Phase Three and a limited number remaining in Phase Four. We’re expecting Phase Five to go fast.
